These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DevelopedMind.ai, a mobile application operated by Eluma Labs Ltd ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using DevelopedMind.ai

DevelopedMind.ai is a journaling and personal reflection application. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. By using the app, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when creating an account
  • Keep your account credentials secure
  • Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Not attempt to circumvent any security features

2. Your Content

You retain ownership of all journal entries and content you create in DevelopedMind.ai. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the service (generating reflections, insights, and building your cognitive twin).

You are responsible for your content. Do not use the app to store illegal content or content that infringes on others' rights.

3. The Service

DevelopedMind.ai provides:

  • Journaling tools and templates
  • AI-generated reflections and insights
  • A cognitive twin that learns from your entries
  • Optional astrological features (Cosmic Mode)

The AI features are designed to support self-reflection, not to provide medical, psychological, or professional advice. If you're experiencing mental health difficulties, please consult a qualified professional.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device settings.

  • Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods

5. Tokens

Tokens are earned through journaling activity and can be used for extended AI chat features. Tokens have no cash value and cannot be transferred or refunded.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use automated systems to access the service

7. Intellectual Property

DevelopedMind.ai, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by Eluma Labs Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.

8. Disclaimers

DevelopedMind.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • AI-generated content will be accurate or appropriate for your situation
  • The service will meet your specific requirements

Astrological features are provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eluma Labs Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
